Can the price shown change?
Not for flat rates (airports, Disneyland, Beauvais): the price shown is the price of the ride. Only waiting beyond the included time is charged, at €1/min. For long-distance rides, the price is based on the road distance and confirmed with you before departure.
How can I pay?
You have three options:
- Card: you pay for the ride when you book.
- Cash with a deposit: a 20% deposit is paid when you book to confirm it, and the rest in cash on the day of the ride.
- Cash with a card guarantee: we save your card after checking that it is valid. You pay in cash on the day of the ride; your card is only charged if the payment is not made.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Up to 24 hours before the ride, cancellation is free and you get a 100% refund. Within 24 hours, you get a 50% refund. The same rules apply to the 20% deposit and to the card guarantee: within 24 hours, 50% of the amount is kept.
What if my flight is late?
Your driver waits for you. 45 minutes of waiting are included for airports, 15 minutes for Paris ↔ Disneyland. Just let us know on WhatsApp.
Which vehicle should I choose?
The Sedan is for 1 to 3 passengers, the Van for up to 7 passengers with luggage. For a group of 8 or more, we offer a Minibus on quote.
How is my booking confirmed?
Once you see the price, click “Book and pay online”, enter your details and pay by card (full payment, deposit or card guarantee). As soon as the payment is approved, you receive your summary by e-mail. You can also book on WhatsApp.
Which languages do you speak?
You can write to us in English, French, Italian, Spanish or Arabic on WhatsApp or by e-mail, before and during your ride.
